FCE, PET exam practice

Try the new link about the international exams. Once you have chosen (clicked on) the exam you would like to take, click on the yellow bar at the top of the page and practice reading, writing, listening etc. Let me know what you think!

Good afternoon, Teacher,
sorry form my delay, but just yesterday I knew we can complete the program for the exam through the assignment on the blog.

So I spent all this morning doing the exercises available on the link about the international exams.

I carried out the exercises for KET and then for FCE.
The first exam is quite simple for me (but I made some mistakes, however!).
Instead, I found I'm not enough ready for the FCE: for every exercise, I made 3 or 4 mistakes (the answers I had to give were about 10 or 12 per exercise).

Nevertheless, in some cases I think there were several possibilities to interpret the questions (so the answer, too) and I'm not sure if my mistake could be considered another possible solution or not...

Obviuosly I couldn't do the exercise about listening, because they aren't available on the web site: they can be found on the specific disk distributed with Biscuit Software.

However, I think this type of exercise is useful for our training, irrespective of whether we will subject ourself to the FCE, the PET or another exam.

Goodbye,
Maria Laura

P.S. Just a detail: the bar at the top of the web page isn't uniquely yellow; its color changes with the type of exam chosen from the list!
